Ask Beate
Beate Johns answers your technique questions
Q: Joan asked: "I seem to have lost my instructions for my Heat & Stick Powder. I want to use it with glitter. Can you instruct me?"
A: Stamp your image in Versamark® or pigment ink in a color similar to your glitter. Apply Heat & Stick powder. Tap off excess. To activate the adhesive, heat until melted, but not too long. Apply glitter, tap off excess and heat again. The second heating will keep the glitter on your image.

Feedback From Past Tutorials
Manon has an alternative for the Scratch'n Sniff technique: "Since the Scratch'n Sniff technique is so popular, here is another simple way to add smell to your cards without having to emboss. Punch out a piece of a car freshener. They come in different colors and scents. You can easily use them as flower centers."
