I created this card for my dad’s birthday a week or two ago. He’s a nurseryman (as is my husband), and I’m always on the lookout for images with oak leaves and trees. The beautifully detailed images from the Stampin’ Up! “Country Blessings” stamp set were made for the men in my life! I’ve been pressed for time lately, so I just stamped the acorn branch on a Fabriano Mediovalis square notecard, watercolored, then tied on a bit of May Arts ribbon. Dad’s saved all of the cards all of us have given him over the years, and I’m sure this one found a way into the box, too!
