First of all, thank you so much for the kind words and support. Mike’s grandma lived a full 94 years, and will be missed!
And here’s the birthday card. . . only it went to my nephew instead of my brother. I finished it up Friday evening, forgot it on the way out of town to do dinner, so it went to the next birthday boy in line! I think it’s more appropriate for the 7 year-old than the 30 year-old, anyway. And Jami, you were totally right about making this!
Quick details: Card is double-sided heavy patterned cardstock that was in a press kit I picked up at CHA. I had seen the Rouge de Garance line here and there on a few blogs, but in person, oh my is it ever BRIGHT and happy. You can find the Picoti Picota line here. I used SU! Really Red & Whisper White, and stamped Big Bold Birthday in Wasabi & Teal. Super easy card, very happy and fun.

Love the colours. Nothing better than bright and cheery. Cupcakes are also one of my favourite things to stamp. Mainly because I can use alot of glitter in the icing. I love Glitter!!!
