Pixie reminded me (by posting Don’s terrific shot of Owen + friend) that today’s Tuesday. . . Crap Shoot Tuesday! For more info, check the fabulous Maile’s blog here. I’ll tell you more about Maile in a few. Here’s my not quite perfect picture that I can’t delete:
The kids and Marley getting ready to cross the street and walk to the middle school one morning. It’s been too dark at 7:00 lately, so instead of walking the kids to school, I’ve been driving them. I love this pic ’cause she’s blurry and it’s fuzzy (iPhone pic), and ’cause it’s a perfect snapshot of what we do in the mornings.
And this. This is a perfect shot from our recent family portrait session with Maile. She is fantastic. Fabulous. I love this picture! I’ve alluded to changes that have gone on the past month or so, and wanted to commemorate them somehow. I’m working from home now, and this is pretty much how I spend my days. Me, between two goofy kids, on the computer. Maile, thank you a million times over. I’ll stop gushing now so you won’t have to look into a restraining order!

i love that photo of the kids in the morning too. I often think that years from now, the photos we’ll end up looking at most are the ones that just told it like it was. That’s the most interesting part of life, isn’t it?
