Blinged Out Bella

wsc93009.jpg

I started this week’s sketch with nothing in mind, no picture in my head of what I wanted to see at the end. I dug through patterned paper, found two patterned paper scraps I liked, pulled out some glittery paper to match, and started cutting. Only after I had most everything adhered down, I went to dig through stamps to see what worked for that circular focal point.  This sweet Ketto (Maisy) with a crown was perfect, so I stamped her, die cut a circle to go over my scalloped circle, and set to coloring and adding bling. . . . . and then the search began for a sentiment of some sort to stick on that rectangular pattern I’d *already* stuck down. I found this package of Making Memories dimensional embellishments, slapped ’em down, and I was done!  Maybe 20 minutes to make this card this morning, start to finish. Whoohooo! find details here

I think it’s prety adorable, if I do say so myself!

You’ll want to play with this sketch this week  – so many possibilities! Check out what Beate, Cami, Charmaine, Lori, Laurie, and Sharon did, too. It’s a fine way to start your weekend!

She is definitely one blinged-out Bella … and too cute! She’ll be perfect for a girly birthday. Glad you got to stamp before leaving town — be safe and I’ll see you tomorrow (call me for timing).
